'depb' is a small, independently run online shop. At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup, in-person returns, exchanges, or returns for change of mind.
All sales are final, except in the case of an item arriving damaged or if you received the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement if available, store credit, or refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
